HSDF, through Project Aisha, is building a stronger Quality Improvement system in Lagos. At the ongoing QI Training of Trainers workshop, 77 frontline providers have been equipped to serve as trainers and mentors, helping to scale progress in reducing maternal deaths and improving service delivery statewide.

Zaria LGA is embedding Quality Improvement into maternal health delivery—with Project Aisha’s support—leading to measurable gains in safer deliveries and better ANC services.

Project Aisha supported Kaduna State in developing its first TBA Policy, integrating TBAs into the health system as trusted partners to improve maternal care.

Project Aisha introduced the BMAC software in Lagos hospitals, equipping staff with tools to digitize financial processes and strengthen systems for sustainable quality healthcare.
