HSDF (Health Strategy and Delivery Foundation) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving health outcomes in Nigeria and across Africa by strengthening health systems, driving innovation, and supporting government and partners with evidence-based solutions.

HSDF was established in 2013 to bridge the gap between health policy and effective service delivery through strategic support, program implementation, and capacity building.

To save lives and livelihoods by transforming the health and social sector landscape in Africa using better evidence for decision making, accountability and action.

We focus on:

  • Health Systems Strengthening

  • Data Analytics and Performance Management

  • Health Financing

  • Health Workforce Optimization

  • Service Delivery and Innovation

  • Strengthening Supply Chain

  • Priority Public Health Programs (e.g., Malaria, HIV/AIDS, Diabetes, Nutrition).

HSDF works globally and across Nigeria in partnership with federal and state governments, and we are expanding regionally to other African countries.

We partner with governments, multilateral organizations, donors, non-profits, academia, and private sector stakeholders to co-create and implement health solutions.

Project Aisha, led by HSDF and it's consortium partners is a maternal health quality improvement initiative, aimed at reducing maternal and neonatal mortality through evidence-based interventions, quality service delivery, and systems strengthening.
