HSDF recently engaged stakeholders at a Ministry of Health coordination meeting to strengthen collaboration and oversight of partner-supported health interventions. Participants included state agencies, the Planning and Budget Commission, Bureau of Statistics, and 20 other partners.

During the meeting, HSDF presented the 2026 Health Sector Budget Analysis, highlighting priorities, allocations, and gaps, and led discussions on partner mapping to improve transparency, visibility, and alignment with government priorities.

Partners also endorsed a mapping template to build a comprehensive intervention database, enabling evidence-based planning, improved resource allocation, and coordinated decision-making across the sector.

This engagement reinforces HSDF’s leadership in advancing data-driven coordination, resource mobilization, and decision-making across Africa’s health sector.
