Year : 2026

Kaduna State recently convened a high-level review meeting to validate its prioritized Q1–Q2 2026 Execution Grant (EG) Workplan and revised Results Framework (RF), bringing together key stakeholders to strengthen implementation and accountability.

The review focused on refining performance indicators, aligning implementation plans with realistic execution capacity, and improving attribution of results to Execution Grant financing.

A key outcome of the meeting was the decision to refine stock-out measurement specifically for Multiple Micronutrient Supplements (MMS), improving the precision of performance tracking and reporting.

Discussions also initiated a pathway to integrate MMS into the Drug Revolving Fund (DRF), marking an important step toward sustainable domestic financing for maternal nutrition interventions.

The outcomes of the meeting will guide HSDF’s continued support to Kaduna State by strengthening financial oversight, optimizing resource allocation, and enhancing accountability while ensuring sustained impact under the Execution Grant.
