Working alongside the Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare, WHO, CHAI, and SPAEN, HSDF is helping change this reality — supporting the validation of national training manuals, strengthening data systems, and shaping pilot strategies that will drive coordinated, evidence-based care.

With validated training guides, a national steering committee, and unified partner action, Nigeria is one step closer to ensuring that quality NCD care reaches everyone who needs it.
