Health Strategy and Delivery Foundation (HSDF), having identified gaps around diabetes knowledge, management systems, and data reporting is currently carrying out a project which seeks to increase awareness, access to care, and utilization of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) in Imo State and the FCT.
