Building on the success of the Maternal Health Quality Improvement (MHQI) Phase 1 Collaborative, Project Aisha is now expanding into Phase 2. This phase involves 17 healthcare facilities, including 11 Primary Healthcare Centers (PHCs) and 6 Maternity Hospitals, across Alimosho and Agege LGAs.
To kick off this next stage, 52 healthcare workers participated in a training session on September 25-26, 2024, at Amber Residence in Lagos. The training focused on improvement science using the “Model for Improvement” (MFI).
