Tribute to Dr. Nnenna Ihebuzor
“It is with great submission to the will of the Almighty that I write these words on the passing of Dr. Nnenna Ihebuzor. I first met Dr. Ihebuzor 10 years ago, during which I came to know her work both as a clinician and a health systems manager. She has made a huge impact in many domains during her brief sojourn in this world. Her exemplary dedication, professionalism, courage are based on conviction and honesty. She contributed to many of the key accomplishments in the health sector from 2010 when she joined the public service. Beyond her public role, she played an instrumental role as a mentor to many young physicians in Nigeria. It is my hope that the memories of her great work will comfort her family, for she has lived well and left footprints in the sands of time.”
