Last week, CLOSA organized a strategic review meeting at the HSDF Abuja Office, bringing together PSA representatives from across Nigeria, including AWITA, NASSI, NACOTAN, and PAOSMI. The session focused on enhancing PSA performance through discussions on key challenges, identifying solutions, and developing a plan to improve the implementation of project activities and overall effectiveness of the PSAs focusing on financial management, membership engagement, revenue mobilization, and gender-based violence and harassment (GBVH) workstreams.
Key outcomes included – Reviewing progress and addressing challenges; developing actionable strategies for sustainability; participants sharing experiences and solutions for overcoming obstacles; and a forward-looking discussion on trends and support priorities for 2025.
