HSDF supported a coordinated workplan development workshop held 9 – 10 January 2026, bringing together Project HOPE, MAMII, and Kaduna State stakeholders to align priority activities with agreed Disbursement Linked Indicators and delivery targets, with a strong focus on maternal and child health outcomes.

Through targeted financial and technical assistance, HSDF reviewed state activities alongside Project HOPE DLIs and MAMII priorities, identifying actionable interventions capable of driving measurable results and intended benefits across the health sector.

Prior to this support, alignment with the Sector Wide Approach was still evolving, with limited access to structured evidence and coordinated technical guidance across the health sector.

With this strengthened foundation, the Kaduna State health sector is now positioned for a strong start in 2026, advancing coordinated implementation and progress toward Project HOPE and MAMII targets.
