HSDF’s Service Delivery & Innovation team developed and facilitated mentors meeting for the public secondary collaborative in Lagos state on 11th February 2020.
Participants at this workshop were 13 state mentors from public secondary hospitals across Lagos State, who acquired data variation skills targeted at improving clinical outcomes. They are in turn, expected to transfer this knowledge to quality teams in their respective facilities.
This is aimed at ensuring quality improvement gains are maintained through the peer-to-peer mentorship approach adopted by the Lagos State Health Service Commission and the State Ministry of Health.
