This week the KSSDP team actively participated in the 13th Kaduna State Council on Health at the Umaru Musa Yar’adua Hall in Kaduna, themed “Global Health Security: Strengthening Health Systems for Resilience in Kaduna State”

The 13th Kaduna SCH is bringing together policymakers, partners, and development stakeholders to advance conversations on health financing, technology, and health system resilience.

Day 1 featured:
– Launch of Task Shifting Task Sharing (TSTS) SOPs, Guidelines and the Costed Implementation Plan as well as the 2024 Health Sector Performance Report.
– Technical paper presentations on priority health themes.
– Engaging panel discussions on innovations for universal health coverage.

HSDF joined deliberations, reinforcing its commitment to strengthening Kaduna’s health systems and aligning with government and partners to drive data-driven, people-centred healthcare solutions.
