As we look ahead, we are reflecting on the progress and lessons of the past year. At the Health Strategy and Delivery Foundation (HSDF), our commitment to building resilient health and social systems across Africa remains our central focus.

We are pleased to share our 2025 Annual Impact Report, titled “Driving Resilience and Innovation Across Africa’s Health and Social Sectors”.

This report offers a comprehensive look at our strategic interventions over the last twelve months, from scaling maternal health quality improvement models to leveraging predictive analytics for policy impact. While it highlights the milestones we have reached in partnership with stakeholders, it primarily serves as an evidence-based roadmap for the work we have yet to complete.
