Our Recruitment Process

We seek to hire talented individuals with a passion for what we do at HSDF. Our recruitment process aims to match individuals based on their qualifications, experience, interests, aspirations and organizational culture fit. The process is categorized into four stages: Application, Assessment, Interview and Offer.

Application

Career opportunities are advertised on HSDF’s careers page and other online job boards. We also receive applications through referrals in a bid to leverage on our professional network

Assessment

Candidates’ curricula vitae (CVs) and applications are screened based on role requirements. Successful candidates are shortlisted for a chat with the human resources team and a competency-based practical assessment, where applicable. Our assessments help to highlight candidates’ technical expertise.

Interview

Successful candidates from the assessment stage are shortlisted for panel interviews and/or one-on-one interviews. Our interviews provide opportunities for candidates to learn more about HSDF and envisage how they fit into the organisation.

Offer

Successful candidates from the interview stage discuss employment terms and negotiations are made. Upon successful negotiations with candidate, an employment offer is made.
