HSDF worked with relevant government stakeholders to analyse historical government budgets and expenditures related to primary healthcare in Kaduna State. The project focused on:

• Examining historical government spending on primary healthcare services.
• Analysing budget allocations and expenditure trends.
• Estimating the costs associated with delivering PHC services.
• Generating evidence to support improved planning and budgeting.
• Strengthening government capacity for data-driven health financing decisions.
