HSDF partnered with government stakeholders to strengthen health information and performance management systems through technical assistance, capacity building, and system improvement initiatives. The project focused on:

• Improving the quality and completeness of routine health data.
• Strengthening performance monitoring and accountability mechanisms.
• Building the capacity of health managers to analyse and use data for decision-making.
• Supporting evidence-based planning and programme implementation.
• Promoting continuous performance improvement across supported health systems.
