The 2-day event, which is taking place at the Grand Cubana Hotel, Jabi, Abuja, is aimed at strengthening capacities of associations in (a) driving membership engagement and retention; and (b) institutionalizing/reforming their financial management systems.
Day 1 featured an expert session on driving membership engagement facilitated by the Director of Membership Service, Nigerian Institute of Management [tag @Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered)]. Participants also had opportunity to collaborate during a brainstorming and collective sense-making session for adaptive and effective strategies for membership engagement and retention.
The learning event is the first of many to be held across Ghana, Nigeria, and Senegal towards increasing the commercial viability and financial sustainability of PSAs across West Africa.
