The Nigeria Quality Initiative laid important groundwork for embedding quality improvement within healthcare systems in Lagos and Niger States. By strengthening institutional capacity and promoting a culture of continuous learning and accountability, the project helped create an environment where healthcare providers could consistently improve the quality, safety, and effectiveness of the services they deliver.
