The Nigeria Healthcare Quality Improvement project helped strengthen the systems, processes, and capacities required to deliver high-quality healthcare services. By promoting continuous improvement, stronger governance, and evidence-based practice, the initiative contributed to creating more resilient healthcare institutions capable of providing safer and more effective care for patients across the participating states.
